Hilly, Didja Go Back in Time and Change Your NAFTA Stance Yet?

Hillary Clinton said throughout her Presidential campaign that she opposed NAFTA in the Clinton White House--albeit secretly---but recently released White House records show this to be untrue.  There is only one way for Hillary to resolve this!

Hillary Clinton recently said:

"I have been a critic of NAFTA from the very beginning."

but....

[O]fficial records of her time as First Lady that Clinton was the featured speaker at a closed-door session where 120 women opinion leaders were hectored to pressure their congressional representatives to approve NAFTA; now that we know from ABC News reporting on the session that "her remarks were totally pro-NAFTA" and that "there was no equivocation for her support for NAFTA at the time;

Clearly, Hillary Clinton has uttered remarks which are inconsistent with the truth.    There is only one thing that she can do: go back in time, and reverse her position on NAFTA to one of opposition.

If she doesn't do that, then people might start thinking she is lying.

What we wouldn't give for a flux-capacitor....

Personally, I think any change in NAFTA, especially fundamental changes such as the ones being discussed during the primary are going to be hard to come by...  It is popular legislation with Big Business...  Big business is popular with Congress.... Congress has a heavy hand in legislation... and so on, and so on...

McCain/Palin... even scarier than Bush/Cheney... and that's saying something!
